Reasons why you should allow your employees to use coworking spaces

You are a business owner or a manager and you’ve hired people for their help, skills and expertise. You trust your employees and they have proven to be passionate, loyal and hard-working, but you still love micro-managing. As the workplace culture is transforming for a few years now, you might want to reconsider your approach to people management and give a chance to flexibility.

A third of the employees I know experience anxiety and stress if they only visualise being 5 minutes late at work. Remember that your employees are adults too, and just like you, they don’t need added stress as soon as a new day starts. The ideal employer is not someone who inspires fear.

More and more companies are offering the benefit of flexible, remote work so when it comes to recruiting new talent and retaining the precious people who are already choosing to put their time into making your company grow, you might want to ask yourself: “is my company as attractive as the majority of the existing and emerging businesses? “

You can allow your employees to use coworking spaces once in a while. What are the advantages? Many:

• Tardiness can be an issue when employees spend 1–2 hours a day commuting to and from work, especially when they’ve been doing it for a few days in a row…
